Veroniki Holding was established in 2010 by Mrs. Veronica Daniela Gușă de Drăgan as the sole coordinating organisation of all Group companies, which included one of the most well-known companies, Butan Gas, operating since 1948.

The membership of Veroniki Life International in the Holding comes with an overall alignment with the principles of strategic operation and development, while ensuring long-term stability.

Veroniki Holding is currently operating in countries such as: Italy, Greece, Romania, Poland, Austria, Serbia, Spain and France, through the companies in its portfolio, which are active in the following areas: liquefied petroleum gas, renewable energy, real estate activities, medical services, media and print, social responsibility activities.
